  • Advised manufacturer of medical devices seeking to export goods to Iran.

  • Advised emergency services company with regard to contracts to provide services to UN missions in Sudan.

  • Conducted internal investigation for subsidiary of Fortune 500 corporation regarding possible violations of U.S. export controls, negotiating non-penalty resolution of case with United States Departments of Justice and Commerce.

  • Advised aviation equipment manufacturer in connection with Commerce Department Office of Export Enforcement subpoena.

  • Representation of industrial valve dealer in investigation of potential violations of Iran embargo.

  • Advised aircraft manufacturer in sale of aircraft plans to Chinese company.

  • Provided ITAR advice to manufacturer of military equipment.

  • Advised software company with regard to executive seeking to relocate to Iran.

  • Representation of an international arms dealer in a DOJ investigation relating to alleged export control and ITAR violations.  The investigation commenced with the execution of a dawn raid search warrant.  Following our legal and factual engagement with the prosecutors, the investigation concluded with no charges being brought.
